Choose Your Own Adventure, a purpose-built publishing house, is the leading brand behind the groundbreaking Choose Your Own Adventure gamebook series. Since its relaunch in 2006, Chooseco, the company behind the brand, has sold over 16 million copies of the series and expanded its offering to include linear fiction with the YA trilogy Weregirl. The Choose Your Own Adventure series is the original and best-known gamebook series in the world, with translations in 40 languages and 270 million books in print worldwide. Chooseco has also ventured into licensing, with Twentieth Century Fox/Disney licensing the film rights using emerging technology for audience participation. In addition, Chooseco successfully released the first Choose Your Own Adventure board game, titled Choose Your Own Adventure: House of Danger, in 2018.
