## Description

D-Jitsu Self-Defense provides Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and self-defense training based on the Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Self-Defense system. Its courses and workshops are designed to help people recognize potentially threatening situations, build confidence through knowledge, and strengthen resilience with practical physical and mental techniques. The program also addresses aggression regulation through a combination of explanations and physical exercises intended to support lasting changes in behavior.

D-Jitsu offers self-defense sessions, private training, clinics, and resilience and aggression-regulation instruction. Its Kids Skillz® parent-child sessions give children and parents an opportunity to practice together, with activities focused on confidence and resilience. Training is available for adults and children, and the services can also suit private participants and businesses seeking an engaging, educational group activity. D-Jitsu’s stated aim is to make people more resilient through purposeful practice and increased self-confidence, contributing positively to their quality of life. The organization serves the South Holland, North Brabant, and Zeeland regions, and invites interested individuals, parents, and employers to get in touch to discuss available options.
