With a focus on design thinking and digital skills, d-lab aims to equip young people with the competence and confidence necessary to succeed as innovative and collaborative leaders. Through their integrated 3-part program, which includes Design Thinking, Digital Literacy, and Work Readiness, d-lab enables students to develop empathy, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. Over the course of a nine-month program, participants engage in online and face-to-face training sessions, where they work on problem-solving tasks and build a portfolio of evidence. Phase two of the program offers hands-on apprenticeships, allowing students to apply their skills in real work contexts.
