Dads Make a Difference is a Minnesota-based nonprofit organization with a national and international presence. Our mission is to promote the positive involvement of fathers and educate youth about responsible parenting. We believe in a future where society values and supports healthy male socialization and recognizes the important role of committed fathers in children's lives.

Our target audience includes middle school-age youth, high school-age youth, young adults, as well as teachers and other professionals who work with them. We offer two exciting curricula: the original Dads Make a Difference curriculum, taught by trained teen peer educators, and The R Factor: Building Resiliency in Young Adults curriculum, primarily taught by teachers. Through our programs, individuals can learn about the significance of fathers in children's lives, planning for a healthy future as a responsible parent or mentor, healthy relationships, and the importance of our message.

Dads Make a Difference educates young men and women about the responsibilities of parenting and the challenges of parenting too soon. By fostering an understanding of parental responsibility, we empower young people to form strong families that are emotionally and financially secure, which ultimately contributes to productive and nurturing communities
