## Description

D.A. Etheridge is an author whose Southern roots and military service inform his fiction. Raised in Huntsville, Alabama, he served as a United States Army Senior Noncommissioned Officer and completed multiple combat tours. His writing explores loyalty, justice, truth, survival, and redemption, often against the landscapes and communities of northern Alabama and the Tennessee River Valley.

His featured thriller, The Muddy River Blues, is set around Muscle Shoals and follows events that begin with a missing husband and an apparently quiet divorce before giving way to darker secrets. The novel presents the river valley as an integral part of the story and features Carlisle Baxter, a soldier grappling with his past. Etheridge also presents Five Golden Rings, a story involving Judy, her efforts to save a company, and the personal and legal consequences of corporate conflict.

Through his website, Etheridge offers readers information about his books, paperback, Kindle, and hardcover purchasing options, reader testimonials, and blogs and articles on the settings, characters, and experiences behind his work.
