## Description

ECOFF NPO, led by Daichi Miyasaka, is dedicated to revitalizing rural communities through sustainable agriculture and organic farming practices. Based in Taiwan's picturesque island of Penghu, the organization shares insightful resources and experiences related to natural farming. With a focus on practical applications, ECOFF offers workshops that cover topics such as carrot germination techniques and the importance of humidity management in organic farming.

ECOFF emphasizes community involvement, hosting various agricultural initiatives and relaying personal narratives about daily life on the island. Participants can engage in activities like garlic planting and workshop events to learn about traditional building techniques, like mud wall construction, bringing cultural heritage back to the forefront.

ECOFF's commitment to natural and organic farming not only aids in promoting sustainable agricultural practices but also fosters a closer connection between individuals and their environment. By sharing successes and challenges, ECOFF is paving the way for future generations of farmers, contributing to a thriving rural ecosystem in Taiwan.
