Dakota Dream Bed & Breakfast and Horse Hotel is a family-run lodging destination just outside Custer, South Dakota, on ten pine-covered acres in the Black Hills. The property offers a peaceful, nature-focused setting where guests may see deer and wild turkeys, while remaining a short drive from Custer City, the Mickelson Trail, Custer State Park, Crazy Horse Memorial, and Mount Rushmore.

Accommodations include two guest rooms, a Lodge Suite, a whole-house Log Lodge, cabins, Stargazer A-Frames, and a Sheep Wagon for guests needing extra space. A fully equipped outdoor kitchen is a new addition for 2025. The property also welcomes guests traveling with horses: its Horse Hotel barn provides roomy stalls, individual paddocks, and pasture, with access to nearby trails and scenic views.
