## Description

Damae Medical is a Paris-based medical technology company founded in 2014 to develop advanced, non-invasive skin imaging. Its flagship product, deepLive™, is an imaging system designed to support the assessment and management of multiple skin conditions, including skin cancers. The device uses the company’s LC-OCT technology, combining tissue penetration with cellular resolution to create three-dimensional images in situ. Users can switch between vertical, histology-like views and horizontal, confocal-like views, and capture stacks of tissue volumes without a biopsy. deepLive™ also incorporates a live dermoscopic camera and is intended to help clinicians examine skin more efficiently and support patient care. In addition to clinical imaging, Damae Medical offers quantitative skin analysis tools for research and studies, including visualisation and segmentation of skin structures, cellular networks, melanin, and dermal fibres. The company shares scientific publications, product information, and user experiences, and works with clinical and industrial partners. deepLive™ received CE marking as a Class IIa device in 2023 and FDA 510(k) clearance in March 2025.
