## Description

Damgaard Company is a Danish-owned investment company that has been supporting small and medium-sized software companies for the past 20 years. As a combined VC firm and business angel, Damgaard Company seeks out companies with disruptive technologies and business models that have untapped potential for hyper growth both domestically and internationally. Led by Chairwoman Charlotte Damgaard and Group CEO Lars Romedahl, Damgaard Company aims to help ambitious entrepreneurs achieve global market leadership. Their investment focus lies primarily in B2B SaaS companies with disruptive technologies and B2C platform companies with innovative business models that drive digital transformation and innovation. In addition to funding, Damgaard Company provides board presence, management coaching, operational support, and access to a vast network to actively engage with portfolio companies and help them realize their growth and earnings potential. The company was founded by tech pioneer Preben Damgaard, and today, Charlotte Damgaard and Lars Romedahl lead the company's operations. Damgaard Company follows a set of core values and investment principles, investing in businesses with proven, scalable models, real customers and use cases, and ambitious entrepreneurial teams. If your net revenue or annual recurring revenue exceeds EUR 1M and app and cloud technology are integral to your product or service, Damgaard Company may be the growth partner you're looking for.
