Damien L. Butler is the founder of Manifest One Empowerment Group, an organization dedicated to the development and success of young people. Growing up with his siblings under the care of a single mother, Damien understands and has overcome many of the challenges faced by today's youth.

He discovered his passion for helping young people achieve their goals and develop leadership skills at an early age. With a background in the U. S.

Air Force and as a commissioned officer in the US Army Reserves, Damien has held various leadership roles and gained extensive experience in teaching, coaching, and mentoring. He has dedicated two decades of his life to military service, education, coaching in both recreational and college settings, as well as leading Soldiers in active duty. Having started his mentoring journey in 1994, Damien has since collaborated with organizations such as the Steve Harvey Mentor Program, National Society of Black Engineers, and the Boy Scouts of America, among others.

He provides training and regularly speaks on topics such as goal setting, leadership, team building, and mentoring. Through his work with Manifest One Empowerment Group, Damien is committed to empowering young individuals nationwide, supporting them in reaching their full potential
