## Description

DAMlivery is an image delivery platform that connects directly to digital asset management (DAM) systems and other image sources, including PIM systems, file storage and S3. It provides original images or tailored variants through URLs, combining retrieval, conversion, storage and delivery in one process. Organizations can centrally define image sizes, formats, quality and cropping, then make the required versions available for websites, webshops, portals, social media and external partners.

Presets simplify variant management by assigning reusable settings a unique name. Delivery URLs can also incorporate cropping instructions, focus points and image names. DAMlivery supports formats including JPG, GIF, PNG and WebP, and can provide original files such as PDFs. Its cache serves subsequent requests, reducing repeated transfers from the source system while keeping unchanged files available until deletion.

The platform also extends asset lifecycle controls: updates, locks, deletions and time-limited availability in the DAM can be applied to delivered variants, with metadata controls available for automation. A REST API can generate signed and encrypted URLs for one or multiple files.
