## Description

The Council of State of the Republic of Türkiye, known as Danıştay, is the country’s highest administrative court and a central institution of its administrative judiciary. Its official website provides information about the court’s history, leadership, organizational structure, chambers, boards, judges, prosecutors, and areas of work. Visitors can search selected decisions, including precedential rulings, and check case-file information through links to the UYAP Citizen Portal. The site also offers a health-benefit eligibility inquiry for people entitled to treatment assistance from the Council. For public access and transparency, it provides information on submitting requests under the Right to Information Law, along with institutional email access. Its resources include current news and announcements, archived updates, statistics, activity and annual reports, financial statements, performance programs, and Danıştay publications. The website also features strategic plans, information about the administrative judiciary, speeches marking Administrative Judiciary Day, and details of the Council’s international memberships. Together, these services help citizens, legal professionals, and researchers access institutional information and judicial resources.
