## Description

Danske Studenters Roklub (DSR), also known as the Academic and Polytechnical Rowing Club, is a Copenhagen rowing club that welcomes people interested in getting on the water, learning to row and finding an activity suited to their abilities and ambitions. Its varied programme includes recreational rowing, competitive rowing, coastal rowing, masters rowing, long-distance trips and training for beginners through dedicated “Kaninholdet” groups. Members can also take part in kayak activities, including kayak polo and instruction, as well as training at the club’s fitness centre and ergometer sessions. On land, DSR offers activities such as badminton and orienteering. The club supports members with practical guidance, training programmes, swimming tests for long-distance rowers, and information about safety, equipment and education. It also organises traditional outings, camps, social events and shared club activities, bringing members together across different interests and experience levels. DSR shares news and information through its website, newsletter, member portal, club magazine and yearbooks. The club is located at Strandvænget 55 in Copenhagen Ø.
