## Description

DAoC Tools is a player-built toolkit for Eden DAoC, designed to help players plan character builds, manage gear, and prepare for the frontiers. Its centerpiece, DAoC Forge, is a template builder and spellcraft optimizer that compares gear pools with player-defined stat goals. It supports multiple loadouts, accounts for per-loadout caps, and provides a recommended build alongside two alternatives. Players can publish, rate, remix, comment on, and compare community templates.

The site also offers Chimp, a character roster covering all three realms, with realm-rank tracking and a group finder, plus community GvG draft tools and combat calculators for swing speed, cast speed, buff caps, nuke damage, and melee damage. Its Eden item and ROG database is refreshed nightly, with updates incorporated into the optimizer.

A free desktop app brings the Forge’s web interface together with a native C++ optimizer for faster, offline-capable use. It includes an offline item and ROG database and quickbar export support for in-game spellcrafting.
