## Description

Slow Down to Become is the practice and method created by Dara Steinberg, supporting highly sensitive women, particularly those navigating midlife, perimenopause, and menopause. Its approach centers on slowing down, listening to the body, and creating a sense of safety rather than pushing through exhaustion or symptoms. Dara combines her experience as an occupational therapist, pelvic health specialist, certified perimenopause coach, and nervous system practitioner with somatic and energetic awareness, bridging Western medicine with embodied, intuitive care.

The practice offers private one-to-one support in three-, six-, and twelve-month programs. Women can begin with the Safety Map reflection, a guided process for exploring nervous system responses and what the body may need, followed by an optional 30–45-minute Attunement Call to consider next steps. Dara also speaks on nervous system health, sensitivity, hormonal health, and sustainable living for women’s health events, retreats, podcasts, and corporate wellness programs. A self-guided group experience and retreats and workshops are described as coming soon.
