## Description

Dash & Dine is Boulder’s long-running spring 5K series, presented by Boulder Running Events, LLC. Established in 2004, the family-friendly event brings runners and walkers together for four Tuesday-evening races each May at the Boulder Reservoir. The series welcomes participants of every pace, whether they choose one race or all four, and serves as an official BOLDERBoulder 10K qualifier.

Each race features a chip-timed 5K out-and-back course that starts and finishes at the reservoir, following roads and dams along its southern side. Registration includes the race, dinner provided by a local food partner, and a post-race gathering beneath the evening sky. Participants can also enjoy overall and age-group recognitions, partner giveaways, and opportunities to connect with fellow racers.

Dash & Dine offers a relaxed, community-oriented way to build fitness, prepare for a longer race, or simply enjoy an active evening with friends and family. The series shares event details, results, news, and race-day moments through its website and social media.
