## Description

Dansk Svæveflyvehistorisk Klub (DaSK) is a Danish club dedicated to preserving and celebrating the country’s gliding heritage. Founded in 1988, it works to keep historic gliders part of both the historical record and contemporary aviation. Members restore and maintain vintage aircraft with the aim of keeping them airworthy and flying, while promoting an authentic experience of early gliding. The club’s fleet includes historic types such as the Bergfalke II, Ka 6CR, K8B, Rhönschwalbe and Rhönlerche II. Its website presents airworthy and non-airworthy club and privately owned aircraft, museum gliders, Danish aircraft abroad, and information about displays and loans of club aircraft. DaSK also shares stories, photographs, historical material and regular news about its activities, including visits and events. Members can take part in club activities, connect with fellow enthusiasts, and receive Fønix Posten, a publication featuring articles on gliding history. Based at Svæveflyvecenter Arnborg, the club invites people to support the preservation of veteran gliders and experience them in flight.
