## Description

**Brand Description: Date Palm Photography Competition**

The Date Palm Photography Competition, launched by the Khalifa International Prize for Date Palm and Agricultural Innovation in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi International Photographic Society, invites photographers worldwide to capture the essence of the date palm tree. Open to amateur and professional photographers aged 16 and above, the competition celebrates the cultural significance and versatility of the date palm through visual storytelling.

Participants can submit up to four high-quality images, either in color or black and white, focusing on various aspects of the date palm, including its products and the human connection to this iconic tree. The competition emphasizes originality, requiring that all submitted photos be the photographer’s own work and not previously awarded. Winning entries will be recognized with monetary prizes and certificates, with selected works displayed at special exhibitions.

By promoting awareness of the date palm's importance, this initiative fosters a deeper appreciation for agricultural heritage and the environment, while encouraging global exchange among photography enthusiasts.
