## Description

Daughters of Tomorrow (DOT) is an organisation dedicated to helping women build brighter futures for themselves and their families through meaningful employment and greater confidence. Its support is designed to meet women where they are and guide them towards their next steps. Services include career guidance, interview preparation, literacy classes, confidence-building, and employment bridging that connects participants with suitable jobs and supports sustained employment. DOT also offers programmes such as the Savvy Saver Transformation Fund and the Y.E.S. programme, which it co-presents with Standard Chartered Bank. The organisation works with employment partners and invites businesses to hire its clients, become corporate or programme partners, and collaborate in its work. Individuals can contribute by volunteering or donating, and organisations can book a Poverty Sensitisation Workshop. DOT shares participants’ stories and reports its impact through figures including more than 3,700 women helped, 619 women employed, over 80 employment partners, and 74% of participants employed for at least six months.
