## Description

Dave Barish is a comedy and music brand built around the work of screenwriter, stand-up comedian, musician, and performer Dave Barish. His website brings together original screenplays, comedy sketches and videos, live stand-up material, and music, with a playful voice that often draws on everyday frustrations, family life, and offbeat fantasy. Visitors can explore short videos and comic creations such as Guru Da’ve, as well as song parodies including “Silver Bells (Jewish Style).”

Barish’s screenplay portfolio spans comedy, romantic comedy, fantasy, and family-oriented stories. Featured projects include The Critic, about a cautious 50-year-old who attends rock star camp and confronts his personified inner critic; Off Peak Dads, a sitcom pilot about divorced former roommates raising teenage daughters; and completed scripts such as The Doorman, President Dad, and The Bradley’s Family Safari. The site also shares project loglines, synopses, selected recognition, and information on requesting scripts. Through posts, videos, performances, and a monthly newsletter, Dave Barish offers audiences a hub for discovering his comedic writing, performance, and music.
