## Description

Dave Pollot is a visionary artist based in New York, celebrated for his unique approach to altered thrift art. By transforming unwanted artwork with vibrant pop culture parodies, Pollot creates compelling pieces that blur the lines between classic and contemporary art. His creative journey began in 2012 as a playful experiment with thrift art, which has since evolved into an obsession reflected in his diverse body of work. Featuring in galleries and private collections across all 50 states and over 40 countries, Pollot’s art has garnered attention from major media outlets such as Business Insider and SyFy Channel.

Alongside original paintings, he delves into the digital realm with NFT releases, inviting audiences to explore new interpretations of timeless themes. Noteworthy collaborations with brands like SONY and McDonald's further highlight his cultural relevance. With each piece, Pollot invites viewers to engage with art on a personal level, challenging traditional perceptions while celebrating the richness of shared cultural narratives.
