The Dayton Area Rugby Club (DARC), affectionately known as the Flying Pigs, is a vibrant rugby community in Dayton, Ohio, dedicated to promoting the sport across all age groups. Established in 1969, DARC has evolved from its roots at the University of Dayton into a thriving club that encompasses a variety of teams, including men's, women's, and youth squads, fostering a passion for rugby at every level.

DARC operates two men's teams in Midwest Divisions III and IV, as well as a successful women's team in Midwest Division II. The club's commitment to youth development is exemplified by the Five Rivers Youth Rugby Foundation, which supports numerous high school and middle school teams. 

DARC's community involvement extends beyond the rugby pitch, with members actively participating in various local events and improvement projects.
