## Description

DB Coaching, led by Daniel Bundgaard in Næstved, Denmark, helps people pursue personal goals and develop as runners. Its DB Løbecoaching services are open to all experience levels, from beginners learning to run to experienced runners aiming for a personal record. Coaching is tailored to each client’s goals, ability and everyday routine, with an emphasis on trust, care, quality and a supportive relationship.

Services include personalized online running plans, delivered through the TrainingPeaks app and updated every two weeks, as well as individual running guidance and training support. Clients can also receive advice on running-related topics such as injuries, nutrition, race preparation and the mental aspects of the sport. A free 20-minute online conversation gives prospective clients a chance to discuss their needs and see whether the coaching is a good fit.

Daniel combines academic training in sports science, certification as a running coach and coach, and personal experience as a recreational runner.
