With a history spanning over fifty-five years, this center was founded by a group of passionate parents who wanted to improve the quality of life for their children. The center offers a wide range of programs and services to meet the unique needs of each individual.

For babies and young children, early intervention therapy is available from birth to 36 months, ensuring they receive the support they require in their most natural environment, such as their home or day care. Additionally, the center operates a fully inclusive early child care and education program for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, regardless of developmental delays or disabilities. This inclusive environment allows children of all abilities to learn and grow together.

For adults with disabilities, the center provides an adult day center where they can engage in various activities, including dancing, drawing, and attending classes on diverse subjects like photography and science. Furthermore, the center offers employment services to help adults pursue rewarding careers and receive necessary training.
