## Description

Danske Døvblindfødtes Forening (DDBF) is a Danish association for people born deafblind and their families. Established in 1981, it brings members together and works to represent the interests of people born deafblind, as well as related interests of parents and families. The association provides information about deafblindness, including the Nordic definition, and shares articles, podcasts, and portraits that explore relevant experiences and topics. Its website also offers updates on the organization, its board, and its governing documents.

DDBF organizes opportunities for connection and support, including family courses and courses for parents and relatives. Events such as the family course at Slettestrand bring children, siblings, and adults together for shared activities and social time. The association also holds general meetings and board meetings, with minutes and news available online. Visitors can learn how to become a member, read about the DDBF Foundation and partner organizations, and subscribe to the newsletter. Based in Taastrup, Denmark, DDBF serves as a community and information resource for people born deafblind and those close to them.
