## Description

Deadlock Mod Manager is a free, open-source desktop application for installing and managing community-made mods for Valve’s game Deadlock. Available for Windows and Linux, it helps players browse, install, update, and remove mods without manually handling game folders. The app includes a mod store and library, with support for hero skins, crosshairs, themes, and other customizations. Users can preview skins, choose community-created app themes, build their own themes, and launch Deadlock with or without mods. The software installs .vpk files in the game’s addons folder, backs up files before changes, and offers one-click restoration. It does not patch the game executable, and skins are client-side, so other players continue to see standard models. Alongside the desktop app, Deadlock Mod Manager provides free web-based tools, including a hero randomizer, crosshair generator, VPK analyzer, and KeyValues parser. The project’s source code is published under the GPL-3.0 license, with documentation, community support, and translations available.
