## Description

Deadly Dozen is a global hybrid fitness race that combines running with functional exercise in a challenging, social event designed for a wide range of abilities. Its original Track Race features twelve 400-metre runs, known as Journeys, alternating with twelve exercise stations, or Labours. Participants can compete solo, share the stations with a partner in Pairs, or take turns as a Relay team. First-timers are welcome, and racers can jog, run or sprint at their own pace.
