It brings text messages, phone calls, web chat, and email together in one shared inbox, helping sales and service teams respond to customers around the clock. Its AI assistant, Carly, can answer inquiries using live inventory and store context, draft or send replies, handle incoming calls, book appointments, summarize conversations, and hand customers over to staff when human attention is needed. The platform supports the customer journey from initial inquiry through follow-up and sale. Dealerships can use automated funnels to re-engage leads, schedule and remind customers about appointments, and sync activity back to their CRM. Dealer Funnel also offers a deal board, reporting, lead management tools, and AI assistance that answers questions about the store and its conversations. The service is designed to connect with existing dealership systems and lead sources, with setup stated to take under an hour. ## Industries - 📊 Marketing and Advertising _(under Business and Consumer Services)_ - 📊 Business and Consumer Services ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/dealerfunnel21) - [instagram](https://instagram.com/dealerfunnel) - [linkedin](https://linkedin.com/company/dealerfunnel) - [twitter](https://twitter.com/dealerfunnel) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idHgHM2ntf/w/384/h/74/theme/light/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793227319326) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idHgHM2ntf/w/400/h/400/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793227319420) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Blue Ribbon | #0051ff | accent | | Dodger Blue | #4db2ff | light | | Salem | #16a34a | dark | ## Fonts - var(--font-sans) — asset _(custom)_ - icomoon — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
