## Description

DealOS is a secure transaction workspace that adds virtual data room capabilities to a company’s existing cloud document environment. Designed for M&A, private equity, legal teams, and real estate transactions, it connects with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Box, Google Drive, and Dropbox. Documents remain in the customer’s repository, avoiding migration, duplicate storage, and version drift.

The platform provides granular, role-based access controls, SSO and MFA support, time-bound permissions, dynamic watermarking, exportable audit trails, and one-click access revocation. Teams can create branded workspaces, invite bidders and advisors, and manage activity, document access, and threaded Q&A. DealOS also offers AI-assisted due diligence, including contract summaries, clause detection, missing-document checks, expiry alerts, cited Q&A responses, and deal-readiness scoring. Its AI operates on documents in place, with permissioning and audit controls.

DealOS states that it supports customer storage and data policies and lists SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, GDPR and UK GDPR compliance, plus HIPAA readiness with a BAA available. The company offers product tours, pricing information, and demonstrations.
