Debagaraia is a rural development association known as Debagoieneko Landa Garapenerako Elkartea. Established in 1989, the association aims to organize management services in the agricultural sector and provide solutions for the needs of rural communities. With a total of 28 members, including 8 local municipalities and 20 organizations related to the agricultural and rural sectors, Debagaraia is a non-profit organization.

We collaborate with the Gipuzkoa Provincial Council to finance specific activities through an agreement, and we also work with other local municipalities, the Basque Government, and other associations.
