## Description

Decimate is the independent game development brand of Ricky Cox, a freelance developer based in Japan. Working with Blender, Substance, and Unity, Decimate creates game projects and tools that combine distinctive visual design with practical development features. Its featured project, Modulus, is an action-adventure game following a slightly psychotic hero through surreal realms that are both stunning and brutal. As players explore, fragments of a story come together, leading toward a climactic ending with a dark twist. Decimate also offers Grid Master, a customizable shader for Unity that helps developers create grid materials. The asset includes custom 3D primitives intended to support rapid greyboxing of game levels and ideas, and is available as a free download. Alongside game development, Ricky Cox shares a small selection of side-project work unrelated to games. The site provides access to project information, a store search, YouTube, and contact details, connecting players and fellow creators with Decimate’s games, development resources, and creative work.
