## Description

Decision CAMP is a free conference created by and for practitioners in Decision Management. Its 2014 event took place October 13–15 in San Jose, California, with PayPal hosting at its Silicon Valley site. The conference brought together business analysts, business experts, developers, and architects who use or are exploring technologies such as business rules, predictive analytics, business intelligence, and decision optimization.

Designed for both newcomers and experienced professionals, Decision CAMP offered hands-on activities and sessions focused on sharing practical insights. Its program included plenary presentations, workshops, and Birds of a Feather discussions, giving attendees opportunities to learn from peers and industry experts. Topics were intended to help newcomers build their understanding of business rules and predictive analytics while enabling practitioners to exchange experience.
