## Description

Welcome to the Decision Support Service website! We are here to promote the rights and interests of individuals who may require support with decision-making. Our main goal is to ensure that everyone has access to the necessary assistance in making important choices. At our organization, we register decision support arrangements and provide supervision for decision supporters. Whether you need advice on decision-making support options or want to find a qualified decision supporter, our comprehensive registers will help you find the necessary information. We also offer guidance on how to file a complaint related to a decision supporter and other relevant matters. Additionally, we provide information on the new terms outlined in the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015. Our services are constantly evolving to meet the needs of our clients, and our website keeps you up to date with the latest news and events in the field. Join our mailing list and follow us on social media to stay connected. Feel free to reach out to us if you have any queries, and we'll be happy to assist you. The Decision Support Service is a crucial function of the Mental Health Commission, ensuring the best possible support for decision-making.
