## Description

HUMMUS is an education and knowledge centre focused on deep democracy, helping people and organisations make space for different perspectives and use them to build shared understanding. Its work centres on creating courageous, inclusive environments where all voices can be heard and groups can draw on their collective wisdom. Through training, facilitation and inspiration, HUMMUS supports people navigating challenges involving diversity, inclusion, leadership, conflict, communication, collaboration and change.

The HUMMUS Academy offers deep democracy courses at different levels, including introductory workshops, Fundamentals, Deep Dive and train-the-trainer programmes. Its wider learning programme includes masterclasses, webinars, workshops, shadow work, supervision and coaching. For organisations, HUMMUS provides tailored training and support, as well as keynotes, thematic sessions and events. The organisation also shares knowledge through blogs, publications and free online webinars, and hosts events such as the Festival of Multivoicedness and De Gouden Pijl. HUMMUS describes its mission as supporting the transformation of people, organisations and society towards greater humanity, authenticity and meaningful connection.
