## Description

Defence4ALL is a Norwegian self-defence training provider serving individuals and groups in Oslo and much of Akershus, with travel to other areas available by arrangement. Founded by Thomas W. Myhre, the company offers practical courses for women and men, regardless of age, fitness, size or prior experience. Customers can choose from existing courses or discuss tailored exercises to suit their needs.

Training is designed to be realistic, allowing participants to practise both defensive and attacking techniques rather than only learning movements in theory. Instruction explains how techniques work and how to perform them, with an emphasis on repetition, natural body movement and breathing. Before training, participants can discuss their goals and any concerns with the instructor; exercises can be adapted to help them progress step by step. The company notes that self-defence cannot guarantee safety and says its teaching considers ethical and legal guidelines.

Defence4ALL provides courses for private customers, businesses, public agencies, clubs and associations.
