# DeinMamaRaum - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `deinmamaraum.de` ## Description DeinMamaRaum is a women-focused movement and health practice offering postnatal recovery and fitness courses in Malsch and Ettlingen, Germany. Its programs support women after childbirth and at other stages of life, with an emphasis on pelvic-floor health, core stability, posture, and feeling strong in everyday movement. The Beckenboden & stabile Mitte course strengthens the pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles through guided exercises that also support posture and body awareness. Suitable for postnatal recovery and concerns such as incontinence or pressure sensations, it is a certified preventive course under §20 SGB V and may be subsidized by statutory health insurers. A separate, more dynamic full-body training course works the abdomen, legs, back, and core, integrating pelvic-floor coordination with movement and breathing; it is not certified as a preventive course. Sessions are held in small groups and paced to participants’ needs. The practice is led by Janet Überall, a state-certified sports and gymnastics teacher with a degree in health promotion and additional qualifications in pelvic-floor and back training. ## Industries - ⛑ Health - ⛑ Womens Health _(under Health)_ ## Links - [instagram](https://instagram.com/janetueberall) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idBWBGhrRn/w/455/h/455/theme/light/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792882065302) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idBWBGhrRn/w/100/h/100/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1792882065440) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Steel Gray | #1a1824 | dark | | White | #ffffff | light | ## Fonts - Arial — asset _(custom)_ - Arial — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
