## Description

C.S. De Klaitrappers is the carnival foundation of Dussen, bringing the village to life as Klaiendam during four days of annual celebrations. Established in 1965, the organization has helped sustain local carnival traditions for more than 60 years, working with volunteers to create festivities for the whole community. Its program includes the colorful D’n Klaiendamse Optocht, where decorated floats and participants fill the streets, as well as events for different generations. The Ouderenmiddag offers older residents an opportunity to gather and enjoy an afternoon together, while the SnotpinnekusBal is a cheerful event for young children. Other celebrations include the 12-12 Bal, Zotte Dolle Avond, BoerenBruiloft, and Kinder Carnaval. The website also provides carnival dates and program information, event details, parade results and a public-choice award, photographs, and a calendar of Kien activities. Visitors can explore the Klaiendamshop or make a donation to support the organization. C.S. De Klaitrappers invites residents and guests to celebrate carnival together in Dussen.
