Delaware Commute Solutions is dedicated to tackling the issue of single occupancy vehicles (SOVs) on Delaware's highways. With the aim of reducing congestion, improving air quality, and lowering vehicle emissions, Delaware Commute Solutions assists both employers and commuters in finding alternative modes of transportation. This brand is funded by a combination of Federal Congestion, Mitigation & Air Quality (CMAQ) and State dollars, with the goal of reducing the number of single occupant vehicles traveling on Delaware's roadways to improve air quality.

Since 1997, Delaware Commute Solutions has been working in collaboration with local and regional agencies to meet Federal Air Quality Standards. The program is operated through DART First State offices in Wilmington, Delaware, and offers a range of programs and services to employers, colleges, employees, and adult students throughout the state.
