# Historische Vereniging Delfia Batavorum - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `delfiabatavorum.nl` ## Description Historische vereniging Delfia Batavorum has been inspiring people to explore Delft’s rich history and distinctive character since 1935. With around 1,200 members, the organisation works to keep the city’s past alive through research, storytelling and public events. Its programme includes lectures, guided excursions, walking tours, audiotours and projects focused on Delft’s buildings and heritage. The association also publishes the culture-history magazine Delf, a historical yearbook and newsletters, and shares articles about local people, places and events. Through its funds, it provides modest subsidies, and it presents the annual Le Comte Prize, which recognises notable improvements to Delft’s urban environment. Delfia Batavorum collaborates with Erfgoed Delft and other local heritage organisations, while welcoming new members, donors and volunteers. Members receive the magazine and yearbook, along with updates about activities and opportunities to take part. From examining the city’s architecture to hosting talks on its history, the association offers residents and visitors ways to discover and appreciate Delft’s heritage. ## Industries - 🎗 Community and Society - 🧪 Science and Education - 🧪 History _(under Science and Education)_ ## Links - [facebook](https://facebook.com/DelfiaBatavorum) - [linkedin](https://linkedin.com/company/delfia-batavorum) - [twitter](https://twitter.com/delfiabatavorum) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id28Z2chPq/w/2200/h/659/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793775320147) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/id28Z2chPq/w/1092/h/1092/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793775320469) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Deep Cerulean | #006eb6 | accent | | Sherpa Blue | #004a59 | dark | | Malibu | #8ed1fc | light | ## Fonts - opensansregular — asset _(custom)_ - opensansregular — asset _(custom)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
