## Description

Delic Club is a Hong Kong-based philosophy and AI learning community for people who want to think more clearly, understand themselves, and put ideas into practice. Its approach brings inner development and practical technology learning together, encouraging members to make considered decisions rather than simply move faster.

The community offers two complementary courses. The Middle Way Happiness Philosophy and Practice course explores happiness, suffering, awareness, and personal growth, drawing on Eastern philosophy, Western psychology, and Indian spiritual traditions. Learning is supported by meditation, mindfulness, reflective journaling, and everyday practice.

GEAR, or the 元機 system, helps participants organize their knowledge, experience, and decision-making standards into a personal AI system. Through four hands-on workshops, learners explore building an LLM Wiki, documenting principles in AGENTS.md, and connecting knowledge to AI agent workflows and practical tasks. The course focuses on methods and system design and does not require a programming background.

Delic Club invites participants to begin with whichever course best fits their current needs, while creating space for thoughtful exchange, ongoing practice, and learning alongside others.
