Secondly, we seek out bean-to-bar chocolatiers who transform cocoa beans into delectable chocolate bars, guaranteeing quality and traceability. We also prioritize chocolates made from organic or sustainably grown cocoa, supporting a more sustainable cocoa industry. Additionally, we look for master chocolatiers who excel in flavor profiles, highlighting the unique characteristics of each cocoa region.
