## Description

Della Terra Pasta is a renowned brand that offers artisanal, handcrafted pasta made with the finest ingredients. Founded in 2011 by Chef Chris Becker, the brand aims to bring high-quality, delicious pasta to homes across the country. Inspired by the fertile Great Plains of the American Midwest, Della Terra sources its durum wheat and specialty wheat varieties from this region, known for producing some of the best wheat in America. Della Terra's pasta-making process is meticulously executed, with attention paid to every detail. Each batch of dough is gently kneaded with cold water, allowing for precise customization to achieve the perfect texture. Their pasta is then drawn through bronze dies, creating a rough surface that enhances the sauce's grip. Slow drying at low temperatures preserves the natural flavors and aromas of the wheat, resulting in a pale, golden-colored pasta with a delightful al dente texture. Chris Becker, the founder of Della Terra, honed his culinary skills working with renowned chefs in New York City. This experience, along with his passion for fine food and pasta, motivated him to create a brand that combines tradition, quality, and the pursuit of perfection. Della Terra's commitment to excellence is evident in every step of their pasta-making process, ensuring a truly exceptional dining experience.
