## Description

Delta Mole Mapping is a private skin cancer screening service based at 243 Holderness Road in Hull, East Yorkshire. The service helps people concerned about moles, skin lesions, or small skin lumps and bumps, particularly if they have changed in size, shape, or colour, become itchy, or look unusual. It may also be relevant to people with a personal or family history of skin cancer or significant sun exposure.

A trained nurse uses the FotoFinder system to assess the skin and track moles over time, helping identify new or changing marks that may need attention. Dermoscopy is also used to examine lesions for signs of pre-cancerous or cancerous change. The pain-free screening includes a total body assessment. Depending on the findings, clients may receive monitoring and reassurance, or be referred for further investigation. If cancer is detected, the affected mole or lesion will be removed.
