## Description

Delta Zulu Consultancy provides technical advice and consulting in population health and wellness, supporting NGOs and governments in India and abroad. Founded by a former military professional after more than 25 years of active service, the consultancy draws on the “drop zone” as a metaphor for working in uncertain, challenging environments and delivering on public health missions. Its focus is on practical solutions for people-facing health programs, including program design and implementation, growth initiatives, and troubleshooting.

Services include public health advice for the corporate sector; health risk communication and community engagement; consultancy for food safety management systems; vector-control initiatives; and health and wellness promotion. The firm also offers training in health and wellness and support for disaster preparedness. Delta Zulu presents its work as a partner to organizations seeking technical guidance to address complex public health needs and improve the planning and delivery of programs. Its approach emphasizes adapting to conditions on the ground, where health interventions directly affect communities.
