## Description

Demo-Man is a game development tutorial website offering practical lessons for people exploring interactive game creation. Its tutorials cover both Pico-8, a platform for making compact games, and broader game development concepts. The Pico-8 section introduces programming with Lua and demonstrates how to use btn() to move a player. Other lessons address techniques and principles that apply across game projects, including handling diagonal movement speed, working with vectors, and creating animation through lerping. The site also covers trigonometry in games, illustrated by a homing rocket example, as well as collision detection involving circles, points, boxes, and lines. A focus on concise, applied topics makes the collection useful for learners seeking specific techniques as well as those building foundational knowledge. Demo-Man is associated with 2DArray, identified on the site as a game-making project run with a friend. The website also provides account options to log in or sign up and invites visitors to support its work through donations.
