## Description

Denmark Grappling Club is a grassroots Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu community club based at the Ocean Beach Angling Club in Denmark, Western Australia. It welcomes beginners and experienced grapplers alike, with no contracts, no pressure and a free first month for new members. Training takes place three evenings a week: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.

The club teaches grappling focused on wrestling, leverage, positioning and submissions, without punching or kicking. Monday and Friday sessions feature No-Gi training, using shorts and a rashie or T-shirt; Wednesday sessions cover traditional Gi Jiu-Jitsu, with Gis available to borrow. Classes support a range of goals, including fitness, self-defence, confidence, competition preparation and learning a challenging skill in a welcoming setting. Sparring during the final half-hour is optional. Newcomers can arrive in shorts and a T-shirt, with no equipment or prior experience required. Denmark Grappling Club offers a friendly local place to train, build skills and connect with a community through Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
