## Description

EQUILIBRIUM is a Swiss nonprofit association dedicated to addressing depression and supporting people affected by it, including family members, colleagues and others in their communities. Its members bring personal experience or a close connection to depression, and work together to encourage understanding, provide support and help people face the challenges of the condition. The association offers self-help opportunities, including online support groups for people with depression and for relatives, as well as a weekly online gathering called Kaffi Egge. It also shares information about depression, burnout and bipolar disorder, and promotes resources such as the “Wie geht’s dir?” app, which helps users notice, record and manage their feelings to strengthen mental wellbeing. EQUILIBRIUM organizes events and training, and provides information for people seeking help or wishing to support its work. The association is funded mainly through donations, with membership also helping sustain its activities. Based in Zug, Switzerland, EQUILIBRIUM invites people to join, donate or take part in its community and events.
