# Der Tankbeschichter - **Website:** - **Primary alias:** `dertankbeschichter.de` ## Description Der Tankbeschichter e. K. is a family-run motorcycle restoration and painting business based in Rüsselsheim, Germany. Led by Heiko Nikolai, the company draws on 30 years of professional vehicle-painting experience and specializes in restoring motorcycles and their tanks, inside and out. Its services include motorcycle restoration and repair, standard and custom paintwork, and tank refurbishment with internal tank coatings. The workshop coordinates additional work through selected partner companies, including blasting, paint removal, powder coating, and chrome plating, and can arrange hand-painted pinstriping for motorcycle parts. Customers can work with one point of contact for the complete process, helping simplify planning, transport, and coordination. Tank drop-off, collection, and consultation appointments take place at the workshop in Rüsselsheim and are arranged in advance; appointments are possible Monday through Saturday. The company also presents completed projects, including NSU Pony 100, Heidemann Rex, and BMW R90S restorations. Due to high demand, it is temporarily not accepting standalone internal tank refurbishment orders, while restoration and painting services continue as usual. ## Industries - 🏎 Vehicles - 🏎 Motorcycles _(under Vehicles)_ ## Links - [instagram](https://instagram.com/dertankbeschichter_h.nikolai) ## Logos & icons - logo _(primary)_ — PNG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idn-g6abkI/w/180/h/180/theme/dark/logo.png?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793058221827) - icon _(primary)_ — JPEG — [download](https://cdn.brandfetch.io/idn-g6abkI/w/100/h/100/theme/dark/icon.jpeg?c=1bxid64Mup7aczewSAYMX&t=1793058222030) ## Colors | Name | Hex | Theme | | --- | --- | --- | | Corduroy | #636463 | accent | | Black | #000000 | dark | | Curious Blue | #3699dc | light | ## Fonts - Gudea — asset _(google)_ --- _Source: _ _See [/llms.txt](/llms.txt) for a full list of agent-readable pages, and [/auth.md](/auth.md) for how agents authenticate._
