## Description

**Desafío Victoria** is an innovative and ambitious oceanic venture that pays homage to Spain's illustrious maritime history. Inspired by the legendary expedition initiated by Magellan and completed by Elcano, this project aims to recreate the world’s most significant nautical challenge: a non-stop circumnavigation of the globe towards the west. The goal is not only to break existing records but also to champion sustainable practices.

Utilizing a legendary ship, Desafío Victoria showcases its commitment to minimizing its carbon footprint through renewable energy, sustainable onboard food, and water purification methods. This initiative strives for a circular economy while raising awareness about the pressing challenges of ocean conservation and climate change.

The crew is led by some of the world's top ocean navigators and a team of multidisciplinary professionals, all dedicated to promoting marine regeneration and inspiring a global audience. Through partnerships and scientific collaboration, Desafío Victoria sets out not just to explore but to educate and unite people in the crucial mission of protecting our oceans.
