## Description

De Scheersehoeve is a luxury bed and breakfast for adults, set amid the natural surroundings of the historic De Groote Scheere estate in Holthone, in the municipality of Hardenberg. Located near Coevorden and Gramsbergen, close to the border between Overijssel and Drenthe and within cycling distance of Germany, it offers a peaceful base for exploring the countryside on foot or by bicycle.

The newly built B&B has three comfortable rooms: De Esch on the ground floor, and De Scheerse and De Zegge upstairs. Each has a private bathroom, and the rooms are equipped for a relaxing stay. Guests can also use the shared breakfast and living room, which opens onto a covered terrace and garden. A generous breakfast featuring fresh regional products is provided, along with free Wi-Fi and unlimited coffee and tea. The property also offers charging facilities for cars and bicycles. Drinks, including wine, specialty beer and soft drinks, are available from the shared refrigerator for a fee.
